Acuerdo Sobre el Comercio de Servicios (TiSA), Oportunidades para Colombia con la implementación de la industria 4.0

El presente informe de pasantía tiene como por objetivo definir cuáles serían las oportunidades de intercambio de servicios para Colombia, dentro de su marco legal e implementación de la industria 4.0 con la entrada en vigor del acuerdo TISA. La metodología empleada para el desarrollo de la investigación se base principalmente en estudio de la regulación y normatividad colombiana sobre los servicios, además de investigar las propuestas establecidas por el TiSA y sugerir oportunidades para Colombia con la implementación tecnológicas de la cuarta revolución; para esto se hará necesario utilizar fuentes de investigación científicas y corroboradas, revistas y publicaciones de cierto conocimiento, además de contar con la experiencia adquirida en la pasantía a la ciudad de Panamá, todo esto con el fin de presentar un informe acertado y propositivo al objetivo de investigación planteado. El principal hallazgo encontrado en este informe de pasantía es la poca información publicada oficialmente sobre el acuerdo TiSA, esto debido a que aún se encuentran en negociación por los países miembros, el sector privado y la sociedad civil, según lo informa la Unión Europea, sin embargo, la propuesta general de liberalización del comercio de servicio, representa una gran oportunidad para las economías en vía de desarrollo, incorporando también los procesos de la industria 4.0 o cuarta revolución industrial. Lo que concluye, como una gran oportunidad de crecimiento y desarrollo de la economía colombiana, que día a día se abre al comercio internacional.

The purpose of this internship report is to define what would be the opportunities for the exchange of services for Colombia, within its legal framework and implementation of industry 4.0 with the entry into force of the TISA agreement. The methodology used for the development of the research is based mainly on the study of Colombian regulations on services, in addition, investigating the proposals established by the TiSA and suggesting opportunities for Colombia with the technological implementation of the Fourth Revolution; for this it will be necessary to use scientific and corroborated research sources, magazines and publications of certain knowledge; moreover, having the experience acquired in the internship to Panama City, all this in order to present a successful and purposeful report to the objective of research raised. The main ascertainment found in this internship report is the little information officially published on the TiSA agreement, this is why they are still in negotiation by members of different countries, the private sector and civil society, as reported by the European Union; However, the general proposal for liberalization of service trade represents a great opportunity for developing economies, also incorporating the processes of industry 4.0 or Fourth Industrial Revolution. This statement concludes, a great opportunity for growth and development of the Colombian economy, that day by day opens up to international trade.
