The methodology used for the development of the research is based mainly on the study of Colombian regulations on services, in addition, investigating the proposals established by the TiSA and suggesting opportunities for Colombia with the technological implementation of the Fourth Revolution; for this it will be necessary to use scientific and corroborated research sources, magazines and publications of certain knowledge; moreover, having the experience acquired in the internship to Panama City, all this in order to present a successful and purposeful report to the objective of research raised. The main ascertainment found in this internship report is the little information officially published on the TiSA agreement, this is why they are still in negotiation by members of different countries, the private sector and civil society, as reported by the European Union; However, the general proposal for liberalization of service trade represents a great opportunity for developing economies, also incorporating the processes of industry 4.0 or Fourth Industrial Revolution.
